GUIDELINES FOR FUNDING REQUESTS
- All requests must be submitted in writing, preferrably in electronic format (Word or PDF) to BRF@buffalorenaissance.org . Supporting documentation (brochures, annual reports, etc.) may be scanned and attached to your email, or sent as a separate package through the U.S. Mail.
*If submitting requests via U.S. Mail, please forward eight (8) collated sets to the address listed below.
- Identify the organization making the request and show evidence of 501(c) 3 status.
- Identify other sources of funding for this project.
- Provide the organization's mission statement and annual financial statement.
- State amount requested and give detailed project description. Our preference is to provide a definitive amount of funding for a specific expenditure relating to education, health, or cultural needs of a local organization.
Annual deadline for requests is 5:00 p.m. or postmark of March 31st
Applicants will be notified of determination by August 1st
